Is it possible that you talking about Slovenia heaving borders with Poland (Tatra mountains) I thought that it should be Slovakia...? Very nice document btw.
I've been up close and personal with black, grizzly, and even a polar bear. Ok, the polar bear was 200 feet straight down an ice cliff from me, and I was still going straight up as fast as I could. That polar bear looked skinny and very, very hungry, and I figured that I'd only be a snack for him. Oh, and he was pissed off too. Really pissed off. I guessed I didn't want to find out if he just wanted to be friends. Know what I mean?
@@Felis-Concolor that's so far away from the truth, I don't know where to begin with. Grizzlies on average are only slightly taller and longer than the Eurasian brown bears. Brown bears in Europe vary between 1,70m and 2,50m. Grizzlies, depending on the population can be the size of a black bear (the ones in interior Canada) or the coastline populations going up to 2,7m.
I've seen black bears and grizzly bears, from a safe distance, at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming when I went there in summer 2008.

So beautiful 😻 thanks 🙏
I've got your secure bear enclosure right here.
Perfect
Wow. I had no idea that Europe had bears. I wonder how they compare to North American bears. Similar to black bears?
They are the same species (grizzley and brown)....but they are bigger in US because of fish (salmon).
В Европе меньше
North American brown bears are twice the size of European brown bears.

Its funny Europeans killing animals are called hunters and farmers but other nations killing animals are called poachers lol
Haha....are you joking me. Come in Romania where live about 10000 bears. 65%of Europe population
Ага, получается плотность медведей как на Камчатке! Даже у нас на Сахалине всего 4,5 тысяч медведей.
Took the words out of my mouth mate, Transylvania is the hotspot for European brown bears.
@@microbus432 Also for wolves and lynxes too
@@dacian_1346 which means a healthy ecosystem
@@microbus432 yes, the only wild place in all of Europe.
And yet...Europeans lecture the rest of the world

Why does everyone say "humankind" now? its so cringe.
Either say Mankind or if you must Humanity.
@@LokiOdinssnn It's because Feminists gendered the word "man" and suffix "-man" back in the 1970s.
In 20-30 years when the bears start eating the scientists, they'll be sorry they saved their asses.
They don't eat scientists in North America, so why would they do so in Europe?
I have encountered dozens of bears in the wild and not one of them was ever hostile. They are part of the web of life and vital for a healthy world.
